5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws:

• All sales are final

• No refunds are provided for completed or services

• Missed or late appointments may not be refunded or rescheduled

 Appointment may be rescheduled ONE TIME ONLY. This must be requested via email to tanya@tanyarandallmedium.ca.  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to be eligible to reschedule.  

 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment are NOT eligible for refund or rescheduling. 

All sessions are online and will commence at scheduled start time.

Clients failure to join the session within 10 minutes of start time will result in a NO SHOW and session will be forfeited without refund.  

If you are experiencing technical difficulties please contact tanya@tanyarandallmedium.ca at least 10 minutes prior to session start time.

Inappropriate behaviour will result in a forfeit of your session. Substance abuse, intoxication, abusive or toxic behaviour/language will not be tolerated.  

Exceptions:

If a session is deemed unsatisfactory due to technical issues of Tanya Randall Medium, clients may be eligible for a full or partial discount. This must be discussed less that 24 hours after session.  

Not every Medium is for every sitter. Recognizing this, a refund may be available if applicable. provided that the reading is not completed.  This will be determined within the first 10 minutes of a 30 minute or 45 minute reading.  Not valid on mini readings. 

Tanya Randall Medium reserves the right to reschedule any sessions due to illness, emergencies, or technical issues.  

 Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
